The base of the sign is made out of wood, with RGB LED lights inside, and the sign itself is made out of laser engraved acrylic.
Signs are produced in the USA and are usually ready to ship within 2-3 business days. The faster you approve our design, the faster it will be processed.
If your order is a custom product, we will send sample designs for your approval, and once you have decided on your favorite design, production begins on the sign.
Within a few days it is shipped your way.
If you are familiar with Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop, etc. - You are more than welcome to send your art files so we can work on turning those into a custom sign.

*TEMPORARY NOTICE (05/14/2021)* - Shipping carriers have been experiencing major delays in transit recently.
We ship every package with either USPS Priority mail (2-4 days) or FedEx Home Delivery/Ground (2-7 days).
Recently these numbers have been very hard to get right, with some packages being marked "In transit - Arriving Late" for days at a time.
Until the carrier marks the item as lost in transit or a major delay happens, there isn't much that we can do other than opening a claim.
Rest assured we will ensure every customer receives every item they order from us, even if it means we have to make a second one, but please bear with us as we have to wait and see the outcome of each order on a case-by-case basis, if your order has been delayed or marked as lost, please reach out to us and we will make sure to make it right.
